In 2019 “8” Corps teams have confirmed participation and therefore the groups have been decided as:
Group 1 – RE, RS, RLC, Spartans
Group 2 – REME, RA, RAC, INF
The Lawson Cup dates are:
24 Apr 19 – LC round one at Dale Bks hosted by the INF.
15 May 19 – LC round two at Lynhem hosted by the REME.
5 June 19 – LC round three at Gloucester hosted by the RLC.
17 July 19 – LC round four at Blandford hosted the the R Signals.
24 July 19 – LC finals day at Aldershot.
The LC (Women) will be contested over the following dates and under the following management:
LCW1 – 22 May at Lyneham (REME)
LCW2 – 3 July at Gloucester (RLC)
LCW Final – 24 July at Aldershot under the management of SSgt A Fyles (REME)
ARL will again provide 2 x 1 day festivals IOT facilitate unit rugby. These will again take the shape of the ‘Nav 9s’ and the ‘ARL 13s’. These competitions will be contested over the following dates and under the following management:
Nav 9s – 22 May at Lyneham (Lt Col Naivalurua REME)
ARL 13s – 3 July at TBC (Capt Watkins RLC)
